COPENHAGEN: UIA-UNESCO WORLD CAPITAL OF ARCHITECTURE

The City of Copenhagen, which launched its programme of events as part of the 2023 UNESCO-UIA World Capital of Architecture (WCA), has curated a list of 20 must-see architectural designs. The city has also developed the “Architects’ Guide to Copenhagen” with insight from Danish architects on what makes Copenhagen special.  Renowned Danish architect Anders Lendager and Sofie Lund Michaelsen present some of their favourite places in the city. Visitors to Copenhagen will also be able to discover the city via guided bike tours with a focus on present-day urban life, public spaces, architecture, and of course, cycling culture.
