GUIDE TO CONTEMPORARY ARCHITECTURE

Following successful iterations in 2011, 2015 and 2018, the Ordre des Architectes et Ingénieurs Conseils has launched the 4th edition of architectour.lu, a guide to contemporary architecture, urban design and engineering in Luxembourg. Compiling 252 architectural projects into 14 tours covering different regions of Luxembourg, architectour.lu aims to promote tourism in the country and highlight the contribution of architects to the built environment.

During a launch event held at the Bibliothèque Nationale de Luxembourg, the Minister of the Middle Classes and Tourism and the Minister of Culture applauded the guide for spreading awareness of Luxembourg’s rich cultural heritage and attractions. 

Printed copies of the guide are available for free at various tourist offices in Luxembourg, as well as in cultural spaces such as museums, theatres and embassies. The 102 projects that did not make it into the printed guide can be consulted on the architectour.lu site, alongside further information about the compilation of this celebration of high quality, resilient architecture for the modern world.
