FRANCIS KÉRÉ TO SPEAK AT UIA WORLD CONGRESS IN RIO
Renowned architect Francis Kéré (Burkina Faso) will speak at the UIA 2020 Rio World Congress of Architects.
His work is globally recognised, having received awards such as the Aga Khan Award for Architecture, in 2004, and the Global Holcim Award of 2012. A graduate of the Technical University of Berlin he is at the head of Kéré Architecture and the Kéré Foundation.
In RIO 2020 UIA, taking place from the 19th to the 23rd of July 2020, he will talk for a public of around 15 thousand people, including architects, urbanists, students, urban thinkers, public employees and other interested groups.
